Course Description
This four day course is limited to 12 attendess and is only offered to service companies,
contractors and AERCO sales representatives who perform
start-up and continuing service on AERCO's gas-fired equipment. It is designed to familiarize the attendee with the theory and terminology surrounding AERCO direct-fired products including the standard Benchmark 2.0 boiler, Benchmark 2.0 Low NOx boiler, Benchmark 3.0 Low NOx boiler, KC1000 and Low NOX KC1000 boilers and water heaters. The course epmhasizes installation, equipment specifications, theory of operation, control system(s), combustion calibration, water heater
temperature control, boiler modes and control theory,
troubleshooting and the AERCO BMS.
Please note: Equipment owners will not be accepted in this class. Customized, product-specific courses are available. Please refer to End-User training.

Costs & Inclusions
The fee for this four day class is $850 per person and includes 4 night hotel stay on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. The fee for local attendees who will be driving to class on a daily basis and do not require a hotel is $500. Course materials, beverages and light snacks will be provided by AERCO each day. In addition, AERCO will provide lunch for all attendees on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. There are several places that attendees can purchase lunch nearby on Monday. No refunds are available in case of cancellation, however, credit can be applied toward another class.
