Materials of Construction

• Standard: Copper or copper alloy wetted surfaces
• Optional: 0.065" thick copper or copper-nickel tubing
• Optional: Upgrade to 316L stainless-steel wetted parts

Air Compressor - offered with pneumatic valve configurations if building air is unavailable.

Settings for Pressure Relief Valve

• Standard: 45 PSIG
• Optional: 85 PSIG

Incorporates both Pressure and Water Level Control functions. The Pressure Controller senses the pressure of the Secondary Steam in real time and signals the Primary Steam Control Valve to modulate between full open or closed as necessary to maintain the required Secondary Steam outlet pressure. The Water Level Controller senses the level of water in the generator in real time and signals the Water Solenoid Valve to open or close as necessary to maintain the desired water level in the generator.

Optional: Relay contacts for remote "High Limit Tripped Status" indication
