The Stevies will be presented on May 10 in New York City
Northvale, NJ (May 4, 2004) - AERCO International, a leading supplier of commercial boiler and water heating products, and the inventor of semi-instantaneous water heating, has been named a finalist in the Best Executive (Company Chairman Basem Hishmeh) and Best Business Turnaround categories in the second annual American Business Awards. The Awards feature 40 categories in all, with finalists selected from more than 800 nominations.
Hailed as "the business world's own Oscars" by the New York Post (September 22, 2002), The American Business Awards are the first national, all-encompassing business awards program honoring great performances in the workplace.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word "crowned," winners will be announced during presentations on Monday, May 10 at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers in New York City. The ceremonies will be videocast live on the Internet and will be broadcast nationwide on radio by the Business TalkRadio Network.

As part of The American Business Awards series of conferences and seminars, AERCO President Fred Depuy will participate in panel discussion on leadership. This panel, which is scheduled to meet on Monday, May 10 at 3 p.m., will discuss how the best leaders in business are able to express a clear vision, and how they get their organization to follow. The panel will take place in Royal Ballroom B, at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers.
