AERClean

This air filtration system helps maintain peak performance for the AERCO Benchmark Low NOx line of Boilers.  It prevents internal component damage by filtering particulates and airborne dust and debris from the combustion air intake.  The filter system is for use on boilers drawing air directly from the boiler room.

The AERClean Benchmark Low NOx Air Filtration System offers a better level of filtration, reduces maintenance cost, saves on down time, and gives longer boiler life.
  • One size fits all Benchmark Low NOx boiler sizes - 3.0, 2.0, and 1.5 MMBTU
  • Works effectively over boiler's full operating range
  • The filter assembly can be easily rotated to accommodate installation variations
  • Accessible side hinged access door for easy filter replacement
  • Adaptable for use in side by side boiler applications
Filters are available for different environments:
  • 1” and 2” pleated disposable panel filters
  • 1” permanent metal re-usable filter – available in stainless steel and aluminum.

Monitor Performance - Two options are available to monitor filter performance and indicate maintenance needs:
  • High accuracy pressure gauge
  • Adjustable single-pole double-throw pressure switch
