AERCO International, the originator of modulating condensing technology for commercial applications, announces the availability of the AERCO Esteem 399 wall hung condensing boiler with TriMax Control, allowing the Esteem to offer advanced features with unmatched ease of use and installation. The new TriMax Control, which illustrates AERCO’s commitment to offering advanced control technology to maximize energy savings, helps the Esteem 399 deliver 96% efficiency for improved system operation and reduce energy consumption in a variety of commercial applications requiring 16,000 – 399,000 BTU/hr.

The TriMax Control’s 60-second set-up simplifies boiler installation for contractors by providing options appropriate to specific applications. This allows the boilers to be setup in less than one minute and also minimizes the potential for errors. The TriMax Control has a unique cascade system to join up to six boilers, and allows for up to four circulars and multiple temperature zones. To simplify troubleshooting, the TriMax Control provides clear error descriptions and records sensor readings for up to 24 hours. The MODBUS communication feature allows this information to be sent back to the building automation system in order to reduce downtime.

Operating efficiency is emphasized throughout the overall design of the Esteem 399. An enhanced highly efficient, reliable stainless steel fire tube heat exchanger improves water flow and heat distribution to maximize thermal efficiency.

A stainless steel premix burner capable of modulating the firing rate to 25% to 100% allows the AERCO Esteem 399 to closely match heating needs without short cycling or reducing efficiency.

AERCO is dedicated to offering high-capacity boilers in compact designs. Measuring only 24 ¾ W x 37 ½ H (inches) and weighing 200 lbs, the Esteem 399 requires minimal installation space. The boiler can be designed with direct or conventional venting made from PVC, CPVC, poly propylene or Al29-4C materials to fit any code requirement. This flexibility further simplifies installation of the boiler.

The AERCO Esteem 399 also has clean combustion. As a result, it is well suited for low NOx and other environmentally conscious applications. The boiler meets ASME and cETLus standards.
