Northvale, NJ – For Immediate Release – Fred Depuy, President and CEO of AERCO International, announces that the company has signed an agreement to build a new corporate headquarters which will allow AERCO to best meet the growing demand for its innovative boilers, hot water heaters, and other products and services. The facility will encompass 156,000 square feet – more than twice the size of AERCO's existing headquarters – and will allow AERCO to consolidate all its product development, manufacturing, sales, service and operations to more efficiently address the needs of the market.

"AERCO is experiencing tremendous growth. Our new headquarters will allow us to effectively expand and improve our product line, accommodate increased personnel, and create an overall environment that is conducive to maintaining our position as the industry leader," said Depuy.

AERCO is designing the new facility with an expanded, state-of-the-art R&D laboratory that will allow its engineers to continue to develop innovative products. A larger manufacturing area will expedite production to satisfy growing product demand and help AERCO respond to customer needs. AERCO's advanced manufacturing methods, disciplined product development and rigorous quality-management programs will be enhanced in the new facility as well.

The new headquarters will be located at 100 Oritani Dr., Bradley Corporate Park, Blauvelt, NY, which is less than 10 miles from AERCO's existing Northvale facilities. Construction has begun and occupancy of the new facility will be complete by early March 2011.
